Friday Night - Ate at Baja Burrito (pinneapple salsa and fruit tea!) and then saw The Back Up Plan (recommend!)
Saturday -
Woke up to a tsunami. Read "The Help" while Rachel slept the morning away. I eventually dragged her out of bed and we headed to the Opryland Mall for lunch and our F21 fix.
I kept telling Rachel how much I wanted to go to Gigi's cupcakes but it was just going to be such a pain to drive all the way downtown in the pouring rain and they're closed Sundays. Well as we're strolling through the mall with our giant yellow F21 bags, Rachel grabs my arm and points to -
A Gigi's cupcakes was right in the middle of the mall! It was meant to be :)
So many flavors to choose from! We decided on Birthday Cake, White Midnight Magic and a Red Velvet for me (some how Rachel does not like red velvet)

After ... (Attempting sick faces, but actually looks more like we just murdered someone, and we didn't eat all 3 cupcakes we had at least 1/2 of all 3 left over)
Saturday Night - Came home, put on PJ's and laid around and watched The Hills marathon. Only ventured out to get food and a movie. Crazy Saturday night!
Sunday - McDougals for lunch and then the zoo since it was so pretty outside.
We loved the mongooses
and the elephants!
Sad to head home yesterday :( But who doesn't love an open road in pretty weather and some good music?
