Today's Christmas love:
*Christmas Cookies*
Yesterday was my office's annual cookie swap. And no I did not embarrass myself like I did at the Thanksgiving feast. The red and green cookies on top are my contribution--homemade iced sugar cookies. We had a table for swapping and a table for eating. I took home a box filled to the brim with cookies that if you didn't know any better you'd think it was filled with bricks. Not that all the cookies weren't to die for, but I am partial to cookies that aren't super sweet, so some of my favs were the cheese wafers, meat cookies (sausage ball things), and koulourakia (Greek cookies). But everything was so amazing. Afterwards we drank wine and basked in our post cookie stupor.
